Shamrocks & The Nook

The Nook, a St. Paul neighborhood fixture since 1938, is famous for its fresh burgers and homemade fries. The recipe for these burgers was passed down to current owners Ted Casper and Mike Runyon in 2000 from the former owner, Mickey Brausen. In 2012, they opened a second location, Shamrocks, which features the same great burgers and fries along with an expanded menu, a full-service bar, live music on weekends, and space for up to 200 people. Shamrocks also offers a shuttle to various St. Paul events and welcomes families.
